Shipping to Belgium
- Shipping to Belgium is FREE for orders over €100
- for orders under €100 the shipping cost is € 8
- allow us up to 3 working days to prepare and ship your order, if we need more time we will inform you.
- after the parcels are sent they usually need 1-2 working days to arrive
- all orders are sent via Bpost, Track and Trace service
Shipping to the rest of the world
- all orders are shipped with a tracking number
- Shipping Rates vary based on your location:
- Europe EU: – €12
- Europe not EU: – €20
- USA: – €36
- Rest of the World: – €35
- allow us up to 3 working days to prepare and ship your order
- the shipping time depends a lot on your location;
- Europe: approx. 5-7 working days,
- Rest of the world: normally 7-15 days but can be up to 3 weeks
- all additional border fees are the customer’s responsibility
- please note that we will not mark the parcel as a gift nor we will hide the actual value of it, since it is highly illegal
- all orders are shipped via Bpost, Track and Trace service

Do you offer expedited shipping options?
If you are located outside of Belgium, the shipping costs for express courier are very high and can exceed the value of your purchase.
In case you are in a great hurry you can always contact us. If we have the item you want in stock we can arrange something on the spot. But please be prepared that we might not be able to ship that fast.
How will my order be packaged?
We pack and ship everything with great care. All of our jewelry pieces come in a beautiful eco-friendly, branded jewelry box, which is ideal for storing your jewelry and for gift giving. All orders are being carefully shipped in special shipping boxes so that they arrive safe no matter where they travel.
Please read carefully our Return & Refund policy before you send something back to us. We will not issue refunds for products we receive without prior notice.
Our policy lasts 14 days based on EU rules. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. E-mail us informing us about your request and if you are eligible further instructions will be given to you on how to proceed.
Please note that all shipping fees are your responsibility.
- Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note it might take a few days for us and/or your bank to process the refund.
If more than 10 days after the refund confirmation have passed by, please contact us.
We can only exchange items for the same or higher price. If you want to exchange an item for a lower priced value a store credit will be given to you to use on a future order. Store credits cannot be passed to other people and are valid for one year. If your item is defective or damaged you can exchange it for the same item.
If you want to exchange your purchase please first send us an email.
If you received a gift purchased from our store and you want to return it you can either exchange it or you can receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Please remember that we need to be notified within 14 days from the purchase date. After that all purchases are final.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that we will not issue refunds if we receive your item back with no prior notice.
